This assessment and the associated rating are based on the seven key cohesion factors described in Mike's forthcoming book, Cohesion – The Power Behind Successful Teams. Data may be gathered using several methods, including face-to-face interviews, surveys, and questionnaires. Once the data is captured, it will be analyzed to determine the ratings specific to each of the seven key factors. A score is then computed for the overall cohesiveness of the organization or team being analyzed.
