Private Coaching / Mentoring

Private Coaching / Mentoring

Webster's dictionary defines a coach as "instructing in a subject, or preparing for an examination, by private tutoring." If you have ever played sports, you know the importance of having a good, quality coach who leads the team. Without a quality leader, the team will flounder and ultimately fail. This same principle applies to the business world. Regardless of whether you are the most junior person in the organization or the most senior, we all need guidance and feedback throughout our careers. Having truthful, honest, and unbiased feedback and advice is what helps each of us to reach our true potential. We all have some idea of what our strengths are; however, we do not always want to admit our weaknesses. Understanding our faults and learning how to improve these areas is where the value of a private coach comes into play.

The M2 Consulting Group Ltd. can provide the guidance and feedback you need to hear to make you a more successful individual, regardless of whether you are at the executive or staff level.

Program Objectives

  • To help individuals and organizations to raise the level of their managerial maturity.
  • To provide confidential, unbiased, direct, and honest feedback and guidance to each participant.
  • Jointly develop a long-term professional strategy that is customized to the individual participant.
  • Provide a flexible program that provides participants with the level and amount of coaching that best fits their needs.
  • Provide high-level attention to participant communications: respond to participant phone calls within 2 hours; return all e-mails received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), the same business day. [Note: These service levels only apply to participants in the continental U.S. Customized agreements will be developed for all participants outside the continental U.S.]

Private Coaching Program

The private coaching program is based on a 28-day (calendar day) interval. However, the 28-day interval does not start until after an initial call with Mike, which is generally limited to 15 - 20 minutes. This call is typically used for introductions and information gathering. It does not count against the service level limitations for calls and e-mails noted below. If multiple coaching sessions are booked, the following discounts may apply at 2-intervals: 5%; 3-intervals: 10%; and for four or more intervals: 15%.
