Overview and Approach

The M2 Consulting Group Ltd. has been offering management consulting services to our clients since 2003. Our approach is to form a T.I.G.E.R.™ (Totally Integrated Group of Expert Resources) Team, which consists of existing client personnel and supplemented with affiliate subject matter experts and consultancies. This approach allows the team to deliver the highest quality services in the most efficient and expeditious manner possible. This type of working arrangement has proved to be very successful and, in turn, allows the client to realize significant value and the highest return on investment from their consulting dollars.



Our service offerings fall into the following three categories: Advisory, Consulting, and Training. These are defined as follows:


  • Advisory Services - provide guidance and expertise on a wide range of project and risk management topics. This can include assessing an organization's project management maturity, developing a project management plan, implementing a new project management methodology, identifying and managing risks, and improving project management processes.
  • Consulting Services - help organizations deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This can include developing a project charter, defining the project scope, creating a project schedule, developing a project budget, developing a Statement of Work (SOW), managing the project team, resolving project issues, and delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Training Services - help individuals and teams learn the skills they need to be successful in project management. This can include training on topics such as introduction to project management, advanced project management, project management for teams, project management for PMOs, and project management for executives.
